Michelle is an experienced brand and marketing expert with more than 20 years of management and brand consultancy plus industry experience. Taking a broad commercial perspective, Michelle’s expertise lies in leveraging market analysis and consumer insight to develop strategic options, new brands and innovation pipelines.

With an MBA from London Business School and experience across industries and geographies, from Europe & the Nordics to Asia, Michelle’s clients have included global giants such as AXA, Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, and Royal Bank of Scotland; and local jewels, such as Boots and Figleaves.com in the UK.

Past projects have ranged from developing a new brand platform for a High Street bank; to helping position a UK mainline train operator to win their upcoming franchise bid; to developing a new, disruptive business model for the launch of a global FMCG brand with big aspirations moving into China.
